		<description>Yes, Kamloops is a great place to go, especially to get out of cloudy and rainy coastal weather. I remember being there when Vancouver set the annual rainfall rate for January a few years back, but, when I was there it was sunny almost every day. It is colder in winter, but, the dry air shaves of  10degrees or so.
